These are some of the things that are reducing the environmental impact of the company HQ and staff:

• 3.0 kW solar photovoltaic power generation
• Evacuated tube solar hot water system
• 10,300 l of rainwater tanks (used for toilets, garden taps and washing machine)
• Multi-split reverse-cycle heating/cooling (only heat/cool rooms in use)
• Passive solar design - including a "thermal chimney" (a louvered window at the top to vent the hottest air)
• Insulation: R3.0 m²K/W in the ceiling, R1.5 in the exterior walls
• 6.38 mm "Comfort Plus" glass (with a low emissivity coating) windows
• Proper eaves (with vents!)
